For complete peace of mind with MBT’s Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC services) gives you round the clock IT support, while you focus on your core business.
Comprehensive AMC
This includes the repairing, services & replacement of all items related to Hardware, which are covered under AMC. Also, you would get full support for software & networking – but the cost of licensed software etc. would be borne by the client. The Quote for the Comprehensive – AMC can be given only after the evaluation of the items.
Non – Comprehensive AMC
Non-comprehensive AMC includes all repair services related to hardware, software and networking and only the cost of defective parts / spares, critical repairing, licensed software etc would be borne by the client. It’s the most attractive economical solution.
